Knoxville Hospital
& Clinics Selects January's Employee of the Month Congratulations to
Lisa Engler, secretary to Chief of Patient Care Services & Organizational
Excellence, who was selected as January's Employee of the Month at Knoxville
Hospital & Clinics. Lisa's warmth and friendliness makes her a great
ambassador for KHC. Her positive attitude and approach to work has helped earn
her this honor. "Lisa's organizational skills are amazing and productivity
is the result of this. She expresses a willingness to take on new or more
tasks, even though her plate is sometimes already full," remarked a co-worker.
"She works well under pressure and when presented with unexpected deadlines,
meets them without complaint. She has the skills to troubleshoot, and provide
feedback in order to keep things running smoothly." Lisa is married to
husband, Jason, and has two children, Devin and Delanie. In her spare time,
Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, racing, and playing Texas Hold'em.
Her favorite television shows are "Friday Night Lights" and "Las Vegas" and her
favorite movie is "Dead Poet's Society". Her favorite actor and actress are
Matthew McConaughey and Tea Leoni. When eating out, Lisa's favorite restaurant
is HuHot Mongolian Grill. If Lisa could take a one month trip anywhere, no
strings attached, she would go back to Puerto Vallarta because it was such a
fabulous place. She went there on her honeymoon and this time would take her
children. The weather was perfect and the people there are so nice. When
asked what her reaction was to being selected Employee of the Month, Lisa
remarked that she feels completely honored to be selected out of a group of
dedicated employees for this award. She continued that it feels so nice to work
somewhere where you are truly appreciated. As Employee of the Month, Lisa
receives a free lunch in the cafeteria, $25 in KHC merchandise, a reserved
parking spot, and recognition. Other employees nominated for Employee of
the Month in January are: Mary Stierwalt, Cami Hollinrake, Tammy Jenkins,
Jessica Peterson, John Gotta, Alicia Hunt, and Amy Chavez. Knoxville
Hospital & Clinics, a Critical Access Hospital serving Marion County and
the surrounding area, is dedicated to providing personal, progressive quality
health care with compassion. For more information regarding this release and
